Вот про румынов зря. Пока говнецо, но до 91-го были вообще говнищем, даже по сравнению с окружающим соцлагерем. Так что прогресс есть, хотя бы за счет отсутствия националистической автофелляции, столь любимой венграми-поляками-сербами-etc.
